They also use paper based takeout containers so you don't need to worry about your food getting tainted with styrofoam or plastic chemicals.”

“The tea is excellent and the service is even better! I ordered the unsweetened pomegranate iced white tea and the flavor is light and crisp. It leaves a fruity, refreshing flavor in your mouth so if you want that, do it. I also purchased these reusable facial rounds to replace my cotton pads for makeup removal, which will not only have a positive impact on the environment, but also my wallet. There are so many wonderful souvenir gift ideas in this shop for my friends and family! The Cleveland candle company's candles are epic to say the least (no really, smell them) and the cognitive surplus mugs are too clever. The mug that was my personal favorite reads "Science is magic that works"! But I'm not gonna lie. The real reason I gave this place five stars is because the staff saved my fancy west side market cheese. 🧀 They gave me a bag of ice to keep it chilled so that I could keep it edible for when I got back to my Airbnb. That's right, the Cleveland tourist that I am bought cheese knowing damn well I was going to be out all day and too full of crepes and shepherd pie to eat it anytime soon. So special shout out to the staff here, the real mvps!”

“I love the vibe here. The staff is friendly and the food is really good and they offer a great variety. Cute stuff in their shop too! The rosemary bagel is so delicious! Unfortunately the service is slow. Went in today and even tho it wasn't busy we still waited 15 minutes for a cappuccino. The other issue is the drink itself. The "cappuccino" was really a latte... So milky and no foam. Disappointing to see the drink quality go down.”
